OUR STORY
Lucy & Sally
We are sisters from the North East of England who have been specialising in the beauty industry for over 18 years. We are both wives and mothers to four crazy boys between us, and we feel incredibly lucky to work together every day.
However, we both started our careers very differently.
Lucy has lived in many different cities around the UK and worked in the TV and film industry. After qualifying as a hair and makeup artist in Manchester, she worked for radio stations, film sets, and photo shoots before returning to the North East in 2010 to start a business with her sister, Sally.
Sally began her career in beauty in 2009 when she trained as a nail technician. In 2010, she furthered her career by completing extensive training to qualify as a hair and makeup artist, ready to join her sister Lucy.
In 2010, La Belle Vous was created, and we travelled all around the UK, completing around 50 weddings per year. We have been lucky enough to visit the most beautiful venues and be part of so many brides’ special days.
We later welcomed another amazing artist to our team, Natasha. She has been with us ever since, joining us at weddings and enabling us to accommodate larger bridal parties.
In 2026, it was time to expand our company, and Sister & Co was created. We are the same trusted team, now offering that little bit extra for our special brides.

Confirmation
Once you're satisfied with the quote, you can secure your date with a deposit. Please review our terms and conditions carefully to ensure everything meets your expectations. Once the deposit is received, your date will be officially booked. We pride ourselves on providing personalized service, so we only take on one wedding per day.
Preparation
Turning Dreams into Reality
At our studio, we offer a trial session for the bride and her bridal party, which is highly recommended to take place 1-3 months before the big day. During this session, we meticulously go through all the fine details to ensure everyone achieves their perfect desired look. This is a wonderful opportunity to experiment and refine styles, leaving no room for surprises on the wedding day!

The Final Look
Our team arrives on the day of your event with a full schedule to ensure everyone has their designated appointment times for hair and makeup. We can arrive as early as needed and we will bring all the equipment needed, including lights and chairs. Rest assured, we won't leave until everyone is perfectly ready to walk down the aisle. Your special day is our priority!
